Our story
Our story began with Syahira, who embarked on a part-time venture with a photobooth company to supplement her income. The idea grew and flourished, with occasional support from her friend Nisa. The inspiration behind Photosuo came from a desire to capture moments and bring joy to people’s lives.
Amidst the laughter and camaraderie, Syahira and Nisa found themselves seeking a distraction from….. the challenges of dating!
to channel their energy and commitment into
building this remarkable business.
In June 2023, Photosuo was born. Starting from scratch, they scoured Low Yat to find the perfect camera and laptop, meticulously designed the logo, and brainstormed a fitting name. The name ‘Photosuo’ derives from ‘fotosua,’ a delightful blend of ‘selfie’ and creativity.
Our journey began humbly, with friends being the first clients. But through the magic of social media and word-of-mouth recommendations, our reputation quickly spread.
What’s truly ironic is that while the initial goal was to avoid distractions from dating, fate had other plans. During our very first job, we found ourselves supported not only by our newfound commitment to the business but also by the presence of partners who shared our passion.
Throughout the ups and downs, we’ve emerged as strong and independent women entrepreneurs. Photosuo is not just about capturing images; it’s about creating lasting memories, celebrating life, and supporting fellow women on their paths to success.
